Scope
A single entry point to the institution’s ~30 applications and data sources, with an admin panel, user management, public/private visibility control and an embedded voice assistant with a swappable AI provider.
What was built
- A voice assistant that listens, processes and answers out loud, with a Strategy-pattern swappable AI provider
- Institutional maturity dashboard and interoperability process inventory, configurable from the UI by non-technical staff
- Companion operations platform in .NET with Clean Architecture and Microsoft Graph integration
