A management and patient-support platform for an NGO dedicated to Huntington’s Disease, operating across eight Latin American countries.

- Chat and voice conversational assistant with retrieval-augmented generation over a clinical knowledge base, citing sources per paragraph
- Mobile app shipped to TestFlight and Android, with 22 in-house tutorials and role-specific informed consent
- Statistical report builder, treasury module and forms with electronic signature
- Automated backups, cloud storage migration and two security audits with their remediations
