Scope

Automated review of resolutions, appointments and sanctions before the signing officer approves them, at an institution responsible for 8,500 public employees. No personal data stored; credentials encrypted.

Email ingestion → PDF extraction → OCR → retrieval over current regulation → AI validation → web findings dashboard
Never stores personal data; tokens encrypted with Fernet
