Replaced a monthly manual Excel consolidation with a platform that ingests the accounting system’s exports and generates the full report.

What was built

• 20-sheet consolidation in regulatory format, plus a web report shareable with owners
• Annual budget per property, report versioning and a configurable template system
• Read-only operator role, scoped to their own properties
• Interactive in-app onboarding tour
